Q. What are your products made of?

A. Everything is handmade using 3D printed PLA material — made with care, one piece at a time. 🌿

 

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. We'll get it to you as soon as we can! 💌

 

Q. Does the lightstick stand fit my lightstick?

A. It's compatible with most standard lightsticks! Not sure about yours? Feel free to message us before ordering and we'll double-check for you. 🌟

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Once you place an order, it usually goes into production right away and therefore CANNOT be canceled. If there is an issue with your order, please email us immediately at aeaeekpop@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate you if possible.
